Making a Claim

Once you have decided to make a claim and one of our Solicitors has determined that we can help you we shall ensure that your case is dealt with by one of our specialist Solicitors. A common question is “how long will it take to make a claim and get compensation?”.  The length of time it takes for a claim to be settled depends on a number of different factors including whether responsibility is accepted, the type of injury you have suffered and the type of treatment that you are going to need.  This means it is not always possible for us to tell you exactly how long the claims process will take, but once your Specialist Solicitor has all the details of your claim, he/she should be able to give you an idea of how long it will take to settle your claim.
